  • domainfactory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Str. 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany, acting as a hosting provider. The data transfer is based on Art. 28 GDPR in connection with the data processing agreement concluded with this provider.

In case we process your personal data with the help of service providers, they will do so on our behalf (data processors), to the extent permitted by law and will be bound by our instructions through the conclusion of a respective data processing agreement.

When you contact us by post, e-mail, fax or telephone, we process your personal data, such as your name, your contact details depending on the chosen contact method (address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number) and the content of your inquiry or inquiries. We do this in order to be able to process your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. In addition, we also have a legitimate interest in the processing this data to ensure optimized and comprehensible communication with our customers, business partners and other contacts and to respond to your inquiries. In detail, the following services are used in connection with our website, if you consent to them:

  • Newsfeeds Aktie & Managers´ Transactions: With the help of a so-called pixel, your visits to the Share & Managers' Transactions sections on our website are counted if you have consented. This means that every time you access one of the two aforementioned sections, the pixel is loaded from the domain and information is transmitted from us to this domain. Generally, no personal data is collected in this process. The pixel only collects information about the fact that a user has accessed the Investor Relations messages in order to count the total number of visits. 5. Standard deadlines for deleting data

Personal data that we collect when you visit our website or contact us will be deleted immediately after completing the contractual service or your request, notwithstanding any applicable statutory retention obligations.

Ernst Russ AG takes state-of-the-art technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, falsification or unauthorized access as far as possible.

If you contact us by e-mail (see section 3 for further details), please note that data is transmitted unencrypted. If you wish to send us confidential information, you should not do so by e-mail, but for example rather by letter post.
