Our apprenticeship programme is widely recognised in the industry. Through our broad scope of activities, we offer trainees comprehensive insight into the shipping world. A number of prominent ship owners and ship brokers started their careers with us – many of ERNST-RUSS-trainees have become successful members of our team.
